REFUND POLICY

At Dive Selkie, we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

To initiate a return: Email us at info@diveselkie.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been used in water, show signs of wear, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size. Contact us and we'll arrange it.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
